By using Lustify, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

1. What Lustify Is

Lustify is a directory of adult entertainment profiles in New Zealand. We don't provide escort services ourselves. We're a platform where people can publish their own profiles.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using Lustify, you confirm you're 18 or older.

3. User Accounts

To manage a profile, you need an account. You're responsible for:

  • Keeping your login secure
  • All activity on your account
  • Ensuring your profile content is accurate and legal

4. Content Rules

You agree NOT to post content that:

  • Depicts anyone under 18
  • Offers illegal services (including services prohibited under the Prostitution Reform Act 2003)
  • Infringes someone else's copyright or privacy
  • Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
  • Promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activity
  • Contains personal information about another person without consent

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display it on Lustify and related services.

Don't post content you don't have rights to. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us.

6. No Warranty

Lustify is provided as-is. No warranties. We don't guarantee:

  • The site will always be available
  • Profiles are accurate or up-to-date
  • Any specific results from using the site

7. Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for:

  • Actions of users
  • Disputes between users
  • Any damages from using (or not being able to use) the site
  • Third-party content linked from the site

You use Lustify at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lustify harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the site
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Content you post

9. Termination

We can terminate or suspend your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. You can also delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.

Age & Content Compliance

Lustify is an adult platform. All users and profile subjects must be 18 years or older.

For Profile Owners

By creating a profile, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • All individuals depicted in your photos and videos are at least 18 years old
  • You have the right to publish the content you upload
  • Your profile complies with New Zealand law, including the Prostitution Reform Act 2003

For Visitors

This site contains adult content. By entering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that viewing adult material is legal in your jurisdiction.

Reporting

To report illegal content, underage material, or non-consensual images:

  • Please contact us (or DM us on X at @LustifyNZ)
  • We will investigate and remove content within 24 hours if warranted
  • We will cooperate with law enforcement if required
